The first day at the January blending session @changyumoserxv - @lenz_moser with Head Winemaker Mr Fan in a freezing Ningxia- tasting over 100 wines today - 15 , 16 , 17, and 18 vintages - ahead of the first blending session tomorrow. @lenz_m_moser ‘wow, this is already my fourth vintage at the estate!’
