Behind the name "Purple Air Comes from the East" stands an excellent Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2016 vintage, which was produced at Chateau Changyu in the Chinese province of Ningxia. The Austrian chief winemaker Leny M. Moser, who is at the winery himself about three months a year, presents his specialty product with this wine. Brewed in French oak for over 24 months. Falstaff rated the wine with 95 points; it is available at Wein und Co for 185 euros.
