Previous post - you remember, very intense aromatic Cabernet Sauvignons - but now we had the chance to taste them alongside some big names such as Tignanello by @marchesiantinori or Opus One by @robertmondavi! We were in for a real treat paired with gorgeous creations by the Carlton restaurant.🥂We also had the chance to taste a Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de noir, which I just called the “fab white cab” and it was a great match with beef carpaccio and asparagus starter!🍷Thank you very much for this invitation!
