Enjoying @changyumoserxv bringing in the Lunar Year of the Wood Dragon.🐉 Chateau Changyu Moser XV lies west of Beijing in the province of Ningxia (China’s most renowned wine region).🇦🇹 Renowned Austrian winemaker @lenz_m_moser became involved with this winery in 2013 bringing in an international market and expertise.🍷 The resulting wine is classic cedar box & blackcurrant Cabernet in a Bordeaux style. Structure & depth which has evolved as the wine has remained opened.🍇 Wine is always about learning, tasting and remaining open minded.
