One of the best red wines I ever had!πŸ‡«πŸ‡· NV Coessens Champagne Largillier Brut Nature πŸ‡«πŸ‡· Nice fresh bubbles with a precise acidity and lots of fresh yellow fruits and an interesting minerality. 91/100 πŸ’΅~60πŸ‡«πŸ‡· NV Etienne Sandrin Champagne A travers Celles Extra Brut πŸ‡«πŸ‡· Acidity could be more pronounced and precise. Good overall structure and balance. 90/100 πŸ’΅~60πŸ‡«πŸ‡· 2008 Mas de Daumas Gassac CuvΓ©e Emile Peynaud πŸ‡«πŸ‡· Incredible beautiful nose and palate with cassis, blackberries, ripe blueberries, cigar box and a soft mineral touch. Some nice tertiary notes in the background. Nice elegant acidity. Super sexy and elegant tannins, completely integrated. Fantastic fruit depth and complexity. One of the best balanced wines I ever tried! The finish is super long and sexy. So much elegance and balance! It was showing soft tertiary notes but it has plenty of fantastic years ahead. Less than 1,500 bottles produced. 98/100 πŸ’΅~400πŸ‡¬πŸ‡· 2009 Christos Kokkalis Trilogia πŸ‡¬πŸ‡· Very elegant dark and red berries mixed with soft tertiary notes like dry forest floor and fresh mushrooms. Beautiful complexity and an incredible good balance. Sexy and seductive finish, fantastic. Just around 6,000 bottles produced. 94/100 πŸ’΅~60πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί 2009 Penfolds Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί Lots of black currants, blackberries, dried herbs and soft mint notes. Fantastic complexity and depth. Concentrated and powerful but with an amazing elegance at the same time. Beautiful overall balance and a super long and elegant finish. 95/100 πŸ’΅~380πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ 2010 Forman Cabernet Sauvignon πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Very dark berried with some vanilla in the background. Nice fresh acidity. Good concentration. Nice overall balance. 92/100 πŸ’΅~120πŸ‡¨πŸ‡³ 2016 ChΓ’teau Changyu Moser XV Purple Air Comes From The East πŸ‡¨πŸ‡³ Chinese - Austrian joint venture. Very dark and concentrated. Lots of savory dark berries and overripe plum. Feels too extracted, too overdone. 88/100 πŸ’΅~140Cheers 🍷
