Look what happened when our Chief winemaker bravely organised a blind tasting via zoom to show off our new icon wine, from China 🇨🇳 - amongst top international benchmarks 🇪🇸 🇦🇺 🇺🇸 ????? Some truly wonderful results!! 👇👇👇..‘I have to say I’m really impressed, and it’s a really exciting signal of what China can do, and if anyone was doubting the quality of wine that can be made in China, they just have to taste these wines and they’ll be proved wrong.’ @wineandthecity ..A few weeks ago in the midst of UK lockdown we set up a BLIND tasting with @wineandthecity at top UK drinks publication @teamdb pitching @lenz_moser ‘s new icon wine ‘Purple Air Comes from the East’ alongside a stellar line up of international Cabernet Sauvignon icons 🌟 🍷 💪A fun and challenging exercise but also very brave of @lenz_moser 🇦🇹 And the result? 🥁 All five wines showed phenomenally well - with great feedback but wine number 2 and wine number 5 our Grand Vin 16 and Purple Air respectively coming out top as Lucy’s favourites. 💪 😊 ..To see the recording of the tasting and the results follow the link in our bio or via @teamdb website.
