Taking our white cabernet to new levels! 🍷 🇨🇳 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀This wine started out as a bit of an experiment- China's first white cab en barrique!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Made from the saignée juice of our Ningxia Cabernet Sauvignon berries - this new style has spent a fewmonths in new French oak.
