Preparing vines for Ningxia’s harsh winter by burying them.

Time to say goodnight to our little vines until the Spring! In Ningxia, it gets so cold in the winter (-25C) we have to bury the vines under mounds of earth to protect them. This is why the vines are grown at 45 degree angle to prevent breakage when they are laid down on the ground in #November. If you’re trying to visualise the process .. .check out the video!
