In honor of the Chinese Lunar New Year celebration next week, I prepared this Peking duck with π¨π³ pancakes and a Chinese wine tasting. So festive and very interesting wines.

Really interesting wines, same grape but aged differently. Both were amazing to the tasty duck! π―
The duck was amazing, so tender and juicy! I marinated the duck fillet in Hoisin sauce, white wine, Chinese 5 spices, fresh ginger and grated garlic. Served with Chinese pancakes, cucumber, spring onions, pickled carrots and Hoisin sauce. So delicious! π―
First time I made these pancakes, they are actually more like a thin bread made of flour and hot water. They turned out great, little too cooked, and it was hard to separate the two pancakes.π₯Swipe β‘οΈ
